New Definitions

Continuing my marketing word-play this week
New definitions that I learned this year:

  • your brand – keeping your promise to customers
  • tension – the feeling that arises when the action is not taken (e.g. buying decisions)
  • emotional labour – all the work we must do before getting distracted by shiny objects such as our logo, website, brochures.

What else could you add to this?
