How to avoid a double chin

Don’t you just hate it when you notice a double chin in your photos? I heard from so many people that even with professional photographers they ended up with double chins in their photos.

You can easily avoid having a double chin in your photo by following these simple steps.

  • Sit or stand nice and tall
  • Anchor your body (back of your neck)
  • Push your chin forward (quite a bit more than you’re used to)
  • Push your chin down just a little (while keeping your back straight
